Timothy Zwiren has been accused of burglarizing a Hartsdale woman’s home, and he will face second-degree burglary charges – a federal felony. Zwiren is currently being held at Greenburgh Police Headquarters.

When authorities found Zwiren, he had jewelry in his possession. Some of these pieces of jewelry were reportedly taken from the Hartsdale woman’s home. Prior to this arrest, Zwiren was out on bail for committing four burglaries in May. He has been asked to appear in court, and will be sentenced for second-degree burglary.
